PIYO & YOGALATES WORKSHOP

Are you loving your current Pilates and Yoga workouts? Well if so, journey into what I call the best of two worlds PiYo and Yogalates. Both workouts are fused Pilates and Yoga that is based on the principals and exercises movements of both Yoga and Pilates. Although low impact, PiYo is a highly energetic workout guaranteed to improve your strength, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination, as well as burn plenty of calories to promote your weight loss or muscle toning program. Yogalates, on the other hand, may be described as a calmer workout, offering all the same benefits as PiYo and just as challenging. Suitable for all fitness levels, PiYo and Yogalates with regular practice, will improve visible muscle tone and create a stronger and healthier inner and outer self.

Session 1: PiYo Strength class will focus on building muscle toning throughout the entire body.

Session 2: Yogalates class will focus on your upper body, including arms, shoulders, and upper back.

Session 3: Piyolete class will focus on toning muscles in the thighs, hips and buttocks.

Session 4: Yogalates class will focus on toning the core and back muscles.
